The problem

Your data lives in ten places. Your decisions need it in one.

Ad platforms report their own conversions. Analytics sees sessions. The CRM sees deals. Billing sees revenue. None of them agree, and someone spends hours stitching exports together. A data foundation connects them automatically, on a schedule, so every report and every system works from the same numbers.

What we build

02 / Three layers, built to work together

i.

Pipelines

Automated connections that pull data from each of your tools on a schedule, with no exports, copy-paste, or spreadsheet stitching.

  • Ad platforms
  • Web + product analytics
  • CRM + email
  • Payments + billing
ii.

Warehouse

One database for all of it, organized around how your business actually makes money: ad, lead, customer, revenue.

  • Ad-to-revenue attribution
  • Shared, agreed definitions
  • Full history you keep
  • Your data, always
iii.

Access

Put the data to work: dashboards for the team, plain-language questions for leaders, and read-only access for AI systems.

  • Custom dashboards
  • Ask questions in plain English
  • Agent-ready data
  • Scheduled reports
Where it fits

The layer underneath everything else.

Marketing feeds it. AI systems act on it. Reporting comes from it. Without it, every tool grades its own homework and every agent works half-blind.

How it comes together
Step 1

Map sources and questions

Which tools hold your data, which numbers you trust, and the questions you can’t answer today.

Step 2

Build pipeline and warehouse

Connect the sources, model the path from ad to revenue, and schedule it to stay current.

Step 3

Put it to work

Dashboards, plain-language questions, and a foundation your AI systems can read from.

Ownership

Hosted where it suits you. Owned by you.

We run it wherever suits your team best. However it is set up, the data is yours, the system is documented, and you are never locked in.

Fit

Who this is for, and who it isn’t.

A good fit if

  • You run several channels and tools, and can’t connect spend to revenue.
  • Reporting still means exporting, pasting, and reconciling by hand.
  • Different tools give different answers, and meetings turn into debates about whose number is right.
  • You want AI systems working from your real business data, not guesses.

Probably not a fit if

  • You run one or two channels and your current reports already answer your questions.
  • You need to replace an operational system such as your ERP or point of sale. This sits alongside those systems.
  • The data is highly regulated, such as health records. That is outside our specialty.
FAQ

Common questions

Do we really need a data warehouse?

Not always. If you run one or two channels and your analytics and CRM already answer your questions, a well-configured GA4 setup and a good dashboard may be enough. We will tell you if that is the case.

How is this different from GA4?

GA4 is one source. It sees what happens on your website, not what happens in your CRM or billing system. The warehouse joins them, so you can follow a customer from the ad that found them to the revenue they produced.

Who owns the data?

You do, wherever it is hosted. Everything is documented, and the data stays yours whether or not we keep working together.

What does it cost to run?

There are no per-seat license fees. The ongoing cost is mainly hosting, which depends on how much data you have. We estimate it before building.

How do you keep it secure?

Connections are read-only wherever possible, and access is limited to what each part needs. Your data is never shared, and nothing is sent to an AI service without your agreement.

Can AI systems use it?

Yes, and that is often the point. Agents read from one clean source instead of pulling large volumes of data from every platform’s API, which is faster, cheaper, and stays within those platforms’ usage rules.

How long does it take?

A first version with your core sources is usually a matter of weeks. More sources and custom modeling take longer. You get a scope and timeline before work starts.

Want spend, leads, and revenue in one place?

Start by mapping what you have. We will tell you plainly whether you need a warehouse at all.
